DHNet is the Department of Housing and Residence Education's student network that provides service to our single-student and graduate and family housing residents. It is one of the largest student residential networks in the nation with over 10,000 network ports. Each student is provided an ethernet network port as part of the housing agreement.

Are you protected from viruses and malware?
UF and DHNet actively monitor all computers for viruses and malware to avoid mass infections. We have compiled a list of useful malware tools. We strongly encourage all students to download and install McAfee VirusScan Enterprise (free to UF students) and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware.
