Support Options

If you are having trouble with your DHNet connection, please use one of the help options below. These services are available at no additional cost to residents who have DHNet services in their area. Our main goal is to get you connected to our services and keep you connected. There may be times though when the type of service requested is outside of our offering and you may be referred to the UF Help Desk DHNet has tried to provide many different forms of support so the resident can use whichever is most convenient.

DHNet@Home Service

DHNet@Home is a service offered to all our residents who utilize our DHNet services. We have help desks located in the following areas: Broward, Hume, Murphree, and Springs. The help desks are equipped with the necessary technology and equipment to help students get connected and stay connected. More information can be found here.

DHNet Forum

The DHNet Forum was created for students to post questions about service issues or connection issues and to get help with connecting video game and DVR systems. Visit the DHNet Forum by clicking here.

iServiceDesk

iServiceDesk requests can be for anything regarding your residence hall room. DHNet uses iServiceDesk to report port issues or connection/building loss. Use the iServiceDesk to get a broken port fixed or to report an outage.
